Do guests order through Calivo?
No. Calivo is browse-only. Guests still order with your cashier or waiter. Calivo helps them decide faster by showing what each dish actually looks like before they order.
Do I need special equipment?
No new hardware required. Guests use their own phones to scan a QR code at the table or counter. You manage everything from a simple web dashboard.
How do I manage the menu in the dashboard?
The merchant dashboard lets you add items, reorder categories, swap videos, and update prices in a few clicks. Changes go live instantly across every QR code and tablet.
